The Healthcare Track provides specialized training for healthcare and public health professionals to manage critical systems, coordinate emergency response, and optimize resource utilization. These courses focus on administrative and operational skills across Juvare healthcare solutions, enabling participants to improve readiness, communication, and situational awareness.

EMTrack

This course trains end users to track people across a range of situations with EMTrack, including mass-casualty incidents, evacuations, event medical tent operations, and vaccination clinics. After completing this session, participants will be able to perform essential tracking functions using both the web and mobile platforms.

Participants will learn to create and manage patient records, document movement between locations, and keep status information current as conditions change. The course also covers how timely, accurate updates support situational awareness for responders and help leadership make informed decisions during an active event.

CORES RMS Administrator Essentials and Advanced Practices

The CORES RMS Administrator Essentials and Advanced Practices course provides comprehensive knowledge and skills for managing the CORES RMS platform at every level. Participants begin by learning essential administrative skills, including how to navigate the platform's intuitive interface, manage accounts and groups, organize the file library, and send notifications to volunteers.

The course then transitions into advanced platform features, mastering the management of organizations, missions, and time tracking. Participants will also explore critical compliance and security functions, such as volunteer credentialing and background checks. Through a combination of practical exercises and detailed demonstrations, this training ensures participants gain the confidence and tools needed to perform both core end-user functions and complex administrative duties efficiently.

EMResource Administrator Training

This administrator course covers the basics of EMResource administration, including user and resource management, views and dashboards, status type management, and events. New administrators will learn how EMResource is used and how to manage daily administrative tasks.

Participants will also learn how administrative settings affect the experience of end users across the system. The course covers common configuration tasks, recommended practices for maintaining current user access and resource information, and the use of views, dashboards, and events to support a clear operational picture. By the end of the session, administrators will know where to make updates, how to maintain consistent information, and what to review when supporting their organization.

eICS for Command Staff: From Threat Assessment (HVA) to Incident Response

This performance-based training course provides command staff with the foundational skills to actively develop, maintain, and operationalize Hazard Vulnerability Assessments (HVAs) directly within the eICS solution. Participants will learn how to turn historical threat data into dynamic, prioritized metrics that seamlessly inform their emergency response strategies. By aligning local HVA processes with the platform's features, leadership can effectively build customized incident templates to plan for disruptions before they occur.

Designed specifically for leaders operating under the National Response Framework (NRF) and the Incident Command System (ICS), this course delivers a blueprint for managing emergencies, hazards, and operational disruptions of any scale. Learners will gain hands-on experience navigating the unified software environment to assign ICS positions, manage event logs, and coordinate multi-agency operations. Upon completion, command staff will be fully empowered to execute essential response and recovery functions across both the eICS web and mobile platforms.

Coordinated Response Using Juvare HealthSuite: An HSEEP-Compliant Exercise

This HSEEP-compliant (Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program) training uses Juvare HealthSuite to demonstrate how key tools work together during a multi-agency incident. The session begins with a one-hour overview of Hazard Vulnerability Assessments (HVAs), Incident Command System (ICS) practices, and centralized documentation. Participants then complete a six-hour functional exercise that includes an active scenario, a lunch break, and hands-on use of CORES HAN, EMResource, EMTrack, and eICS.

The training concludes with a “hot wash” debrief to capture immediate feedback and identify lessons learned. Feedback from the exercise can support development of an After-Action Report (AAR) and Improvement Plan (IP), helping agencies apply findings to mitigation plans and local Incident Response Guides (IRGs).

Each attendee must bring their own laptop, as they will be actively demonstrating their proficiency.
